Maximum occupancy is 39 persons, unless otherwise approved or limited by fire code.

All bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm.

Additional Fees

• Each person(s) over 25 (people) is $50 per person per day

• Weekend bookings are 25% above the weekday day rate

• Overtimeis billed in one-hour increments

• Weekday Overtime
  1.5× hourly rate for hours 11–12 then 2× hourly rate after 12 total hours

• Weekends & Holiday Overtime
  2× hourly rate after the scheduled rental period

• Trash Removal
  More than 1 cubic yard of trash (approximately the size of a washing machine) requires disposal service at $25 per yard

• Additional Power
  400 AMP cam-lock electrical service (pre-light or shoot) $250 per day

Date Holds

Production dates may be placed on temporary hold without deposit. To check availability or place a hold, please call +1 (312) 888-1663 or email hello@greenrelish.com.

Held dates are subject to challenge. If another production requests the same date, the current hold will have 24 hours to confirm the reservation with deposit or release the date.

If the date you’re looking for appears unavailable, it may be on hold and we can often challenge the hold or confirm availability.

Booking Policies

Please review the Production Studio Rental Terms and Conditions prior to booking.

General liability insurance is required.

Build and strike time must be included within the reserved rental period.

All bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred as a studio credit if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.

Studio credits may be applied toward a future booking and are valid for 12 months from the original booking date.

Cancellations received within 72 hours of the reservation start time are not eligible for credit and the deposit will be forfeited.
