See rental terms and conditions. General liability insurance is required for all rentals. Build/strike time is part of the rental period. All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit.

$1,600/10hr day Main Studio (no Prep Kitchen)
Rate based on 10 hour day 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
up to 25 people (kitchen use for craft service only)

$1,750/10hr day Main Studio & Prep Kitchen
Rate based on 10 hour day 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
up to 25 people (includes kitchen cleaning fee)

$2275/12hr day Main Studio & Prep Kitchen
Rate based on 12 hour day 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
up to 25 people (includes kitchen cleaning fee)

Additional Fees

• Each person over 25 is an additional $50/per day/per person

• Weekends are an additional 25% added to day rate

• Overtime 1.5x hourly rate up to 10hrs (weekday), 2x hourly rate after 12 hrs(weekend or holidays)

• Any more than 1 yard of trash (size of a washing machine) requires garbage disposal service @ $25/yard

• Additional 400 AMP electrical service (cam-lock) (pre-light or shoot) $250/day

Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable. Reschedule your booking with no charge up to 72 hours before your start time. Call +1 (312) 888-1663 or cancel from your original confirmation email. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit that can be applied towards future booking. Your credit will expire 12 months from the date of the original booking. Cancellations received within 72 hours of the start time of your reservation will not be given a credit.
