Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Processing:
Processing time is approximately 2-4 days prior to shipping. Most often, however, your order will be processed and shipped sooner. I occasionally need to adjust processing times due to order volume, sales and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Parchment is a one-person operation and I very much appreciate your support. If you need a rush on an order, please let me know and I will try my best to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.
All items will be shipped via USPS from central New York. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your package and include the cost of postage, handling and packaging materials. I ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive a tracking notification once your package has shipped. Packages under 13 oz will ship via USPS First Class Mail (estimated time of 3-5 days) and packages over 13 oz will ship USPS Priority Mail (estimated time of 2-3 days).
Please allow up to approximately 2-3 weeks as shipping times vary greatly based on your location. International orders may have additional customs fees and/or tariffs depending on your country and you, the buyer, are responsible for any additional fees and/or tariffs that may apply to your shipment. You will receive a tracking notification once your package has shipped (certain International orders may not include tracking if that service is not available in your country)
Due to the personal nature of our products, returns are not accepted for bath and body products (i.e. soap, lotion, perfume). Samples of all fragrances are available so if you are unsure of a fragrance, please try a sample!
If your products arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace any damaged items with photo proof. Just email a photo of the damaged item to: email@example.com
